"Living at the Crossings gives us freedom from yard work, snow removal, outside home maintenance and other such duties we have ourgrown says Ford, homeowner since July of 2005. My wife and I have lived in Geneva for 24 years and had been looking for a one floor home in Geneva but were unable to find the kind of construction and layout we desired. Then we found The Crossings and it totally fulfilled our wants and needs.
The quality of construction is far better than anything we saw in the Tri-cites area, whether it be a single family home, condominium or town home. The building structure and floor plan of our new home provides luxury with the quietness and convenience that surpasses single family homes.
The landscaping design, brick patio and courtyard fulfill our desire to live in a community that is esthetically pleasing. Living at The Crossings gives us the time to do the things we really enjoy, continues Rick, and we particularly like the Fox River Trail, Peck Farm and walking to downtown Geneva.
Loving the outdoors, we take pleasure in watching the 17-acre prairie across the street change colors with the various seasons. It is also a real treat to be able to spend more time with friends. If we had the choice to to it all over again knowing what we know now, would we do it? The answer is a resounding yes!".
