Senior Vitality Classes are starting up at The Crossings At Geneva! Working in conjunction with
The Delnor Senior Vitality Program,
The Crossings brings active adults of a variety of exercise classes designed especially for those 55 and older. The Crossings and Delnor Senior Vitality are finalizing details and plan to make the Crossings an official exercise site starting in September, 2007.
